Cardknox Merchant Portal May 2021 Release Notes
April showers bring May flowers, and we hope your month is in full bloom! The Cardknox team has been hard at work on new features that we’re excited to present to you.
May’s release includes the ability to schedule ACH Transactions and the addition of useful AVS Zip and Street fields to the New Customer modal.
We’ve also made important styling and usability enhancements throughout the product to improve the experience.
Remember… To Try Out These New Features, Go to the Beta Portal
If you’d like to try out any of these new features, we’ve released them in the Beta portal. Click on the user icon (upper right corner) and select Enter Beta Portal. To return to the previous version of the Merchant Portal, click on the user icon again and select Leave Beta Portal.
Schedule ACH Transactions
Perhaps you need to set up a future ACH payment. Cardknox now supports the ability to schedule ACH transactions! Like the schedule feature with credit card transactions, you can now set up a payment ahead of time and the date on which Cardknox will process it.
To access this new feature, go to Transactions > New Transaction. After typing in transaction information, select ACH and click the ‘Schedule for later’ icon at the bottom of the popup.
AVS Street and Zip fields added to Customer Modal
Customer forms contain multiple address fields, including billing street and ZIP code. There are also fields for Address Verification Service (AVS) formatted street and zip codes. You can now view and manage the AVS Street and ZIP fields throughout the platform!
The AVS Street and AVS Zip fields can be added to your view in the Column Selector
