We are pleased to announce the release of the following Merchant Portal and mobile app updates.
Merchant Portal Updates
PaymentSITE Account Settings Redesign
We’ve redesigned PaymentSITE Account Settings to provide a more intuitive user experience. These changes include updates to both the Manage Layout and General Settings pages, from newly styled buttons to streamlined dropdown options. On the whole, this redesign should allow for a simplified Portal experience, enabling users to navigate and manage their settings with greater efficiency and ease.
Entry Methods for Captured Transactions Are Now Visible
When viewing captured transactions, Merchants can now easily see which entry methods (keyed vs. swiped) were used.
Improvement: For Users Pulling Large Transaction Reports, Load Time Is Greatly Reduced
Was your Transactions page freezing when you tried to load a large report? Not to worry—we fixed the bug, and the load process should now be quick and painless.
Bug Fix: Donor-Advised Funds Can Now Be Voided From the Portal
Mobile App Updates
Merchants Can Now Connect to EMV-Integrated Devices Via IP Address
Users can now connect to any supported EMV-integrated device via IP address. To enable this functionality on the Cardknox mobile app, simply navigate to Settings > Device Configuration > Add New Device > Connect New Device. Choose from the list of devices, and fill in the required information. Note that if multiple devices are configured, the app will automatically default to the last connected device.
New SMS Option for MFA Sign-on
Merchants can now set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) via text message (SMS). Previously, this functionality was limited to the desktop version of Merchant Portal.
New Virtual Keypad on the MFA Sign-on Screen
We’ve added a virtual keypad to the MFA sign-on screen to streamline your sign-on experience.
