Partner Portal Updates
We are pleased to announce the release of the following Partner Portal updates.
What's new
When Agents Order Wireless Terminals on Vantiv Accounts, They Can Now Email the Required Forms to Merchants Without Leaving the Portal
The authorization form is now available to send directly from the Portal. This action will generate a ticket for the Banking Services team so that they can sync information across channels.
Streamlined Equipment Procurement Process
We’ve streamlined the process of ordering equipment (terminals, PIN pads, etc.). “Items” has been renamed to “Cart,” and more specific error messages will now indicate what information is missing when an order submission is incomplete.
From the Partner Portal, Agents Can Now View the Number of Free Transactions Included in Gateway Plans

Other improvements
Fixed: Amex Entitlement Box Will Retain Its Check on the Setup Form
Previously, a bug was causing the Amex Entitlement box to uncheck itself after the MPA was edited and saved. This has been fixed.
Fixed: All Tickets That An Agent Creates Are Now Displayed in the Tickets Tab
This includes tickets created by email.
