Cardknox & Tri-City Retail Deliver Integrated POS and Payments
The integration provides flexible payment support for Microsoft RMS and MyPOS Connect.
Lakewood, N.J. (March 13th, 2019) Cardknox, a Fidelity Payments company and payment technology services provider, announced today its latest integration with Tri-City Retail Systems, a provider of advanced POS solutions for retailers. Through this new partnership, all Tri-City Retail customers will be able to securely process in-store payments that are fully integrated with their POS system of choice.
Tri-City Retail equips single-store and multi-store retailers with POS solutions that can be integrated with a variety of e-commerce platforms. The company has over 18 years of experience in deploying Microsoft RMS software and has more recently become the exclusive distributor of UK-based MyPOS Connect, a cloud-enabled POS solution for small and mid-sized specialty retailers.
“Cardknox is the perfect payment solution for our lineup of POS solutions,” says Michael Steg, Managing Director at Tri-City Retail Systems. “Since we offer support for both a well-established, traditional POS system as well as a next-generation model, we wanted a payment integration that would be flexible enough to work with different systems. Tri-City Retail constantly strives to innovate its product offerings, and we’re excited to partner with a company that also has an eye on the future of retail tech.”
Cardknox is compatible with a wide variety of payment types—such as EMV, magnetic stripe, and mobile wallets— as well as a diverse array of payment hardware and software. The payment gateway utilizes advanced tokenization technology that keeps card data safe and ensures a quick path to Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance.
“We look forward to providing Tri-City Retail’s customer base with flexible, built-in payment processing, no matter which POS system they’re using,” says Mark Paley, Cardknox’s Director of Partner Sales. “We’re also excited to see how our advanced support for EMV processing will help their many clients who already use Microsoft’s RMS software to get up-and-running fast with PIN pads that support EMV chip-enabled credit and debit cards.”
