PhonePay Free uses a toll-free master dial-in number made available to all Cardknox Merchants and their customers. Your customers can call this number 24/7 to pay or donate using a unique PIN and then follow the prompts to enter their payment information. This fast and user-friendly process is a great backup option that Merchants can rely on in the case of connectivity issues.
