Benefit From Streamlined Communication With Our Integrations Team!

We recently launched a new pilot program that makes it easier than ever for our partners to maintain open communication with the Cardknox Integrations Team! Partners can now elect to share a channel with us on Slack, a desktop and mobile-ready messaging platform designed to streamline workplace collaboration. Partner channels consist of the partner team member(s), as well as several members of our Cardknox Integrations team (including a designated point person for that channel). This allows both our partners and our Integrations team to benefit from efficient communication that is stored all-in-one place and is easily accessible to all channel members.

Slack partner channels are available to any partner, regardless of whether they currently have Slack or not. Partners who already use Slack will be able to get started by sharing a channel with us. Those who don’t use Slack can be added as guests to Cardknox’s existing Slack accounts.

Our Slack partner channels operate between 9 AM and 6 PM EST. While partners can use Slack after hours, it is not recommended in the case of urgent or time-sensitive matters. In these instances, the partner should reach out to our standard after hour support channels (by phone or email) to ensure a response.
