She coordinates requests for marketing materials, jumps in on copywriting, and even tackles graphic design. What attracted you to Cardknox as a potential employer?

I was drawn to the Cardknox team because of their drive and energy toward growth. The way the team leaders are so passionate about their careers made me feel like this is a great place for me to grow.

What makes Cardknox unique as opposed to other companies you have worked for?

I have found that Cardknox is unique from other companies in the way they encourage their employees to share new ideas and allow individuals to create a meaningful impact. This makes my everyday work routine rewarding and allows me to use my creativity to its full potential.

What is the office environment like at Cardknox?

The Cardknox team has a very friendly environment, and each member demonstrates care for one another. The people here are helpful and friendly, and everyone works together as a team. The work atmosphere is comfortable, open, and welcoming.

What's something your manager/team does to make you feel valued?

My team is a great group of people, and I enjoy working with each one of them. They always go above and beyond expectations and make sure to give positive feedback whenever they can. In our team meetings, my manager prioritizes recognizing outstanding individual and group performances so that everyone knows how much their efforts are valued and appreciated.

How does your team build relationships with each other?

Our team builds relationships with one another by encouraging open dialogue and always offering support or a helping hand on our collaborative projects. In fact, we always initiate our team meetings by sharing personal and business achievements or milestones during the past week. I’m happy to be part of a dynamic group that prioritizes team building and personal relationships with one another.

How does Cardknox promote career and/or personal growth?

I love that there’s an emphasis on individual growth and how many opportunities are given to succeed in our careers. They make a real effort to provide training and create a positive working environment. At the same time, they continue to challenge our abilities, help us grow professionally, and make the workplace feel like a second home.

What is the work-life balance like at Cardknox?

Cardknox provides a healthy work-life balance by upholding realistic workloads for each team member. We do this by constantly reviewing the allocation of duties and responsibilities among our team members, ensuring no one has too much to tackle at once, and offering support where it is needed.

What is something funny that happened to you at work?

As I walk into work one morning, I’m greeted by a new blender on my desk. At first, I thought that someone had accidentally placed it there. But after inquiring, I realized all employees received one as a gift. Ironically, I had been searching for one just a few days before. It was a wonderful surprise that made me smile that day.
