Merchant Portal Updates
This month we’ve added new Merchant Portal settings and made several improvements to the overall display that will give merchants more control over their Portal experience while minimizing any confusion or errors. Convenience Fee Fields Now Marked As Required
New Radio Button Display Option for Amount and Custom Fields
“Add a New Customer” Display Settings Now Available
In the Account Settings module, we’ve added a “New Customer” section so that users can customize the display of fields in the “Add a New Customer” window. Users will be able to customize field display names, change their visibility, and designate them as required.
“CVV” Field Removed From Send Payment Request
Because the purpose of the card verification value (CVV) is for the cardholder to verify themselves, it can no longer be prefilled by the merchant in the Send Payment Request module.
New Tooltip to Notify Users When Transaction Results Are Not Set to ‘All’
Inline filtering searches do not automatically display all relevant results unless the user has first selected “All” for the search result amount (at the bottom of the page). To ensure that users are aware of this, a tooltip will now display within the inline filtering box if a user types in a search query without having selected “All.”
