Merchant Portal Updates
SMS Messaging Available for All Transaction Types
We recently announced our support for text message receipts. Now, we’re pleased to share that users can send out SMS notifications for all other transaction types: refunds, credits, authorizations, and captures! This valuable feature will help you keep customers in the loop on all transactions.
“Total Approved” Added to Printed Transaction Reports
We’ve added a new data point to printed transaction reports. In addition to the total amount processed, merchants will now see the total amount of all approved transactions.
New Data Points Added to Go Plus Batch Reports
For each of your Cardknox Go Plus batches listed in the Batch Reports module, you can now see the associated processing fee and net total amount listed.
New Error Messaging
- Transactions Not Loading Error The new error message is “Failed to load transactions, please refresh the page.”
- PaymentSITE Management Page Refresh Needed The new error message is “Data is out of date. Please reload and try again.”
- Send Payment Request Page Not Loading The new error message is “Load failed, please refresh the page.”
PaymentSITE Dropdown Menu Alphabetical Sorting Option
Our dropdown menu feature in PaymentSITE is great for merchants who want to give customers the ability to choose a desired product/service/campaign with just one click. By default, menu options are displayed in the order they are added to the PaymentSITE. Now, merchants can click the “Sort alphabetically” checkbox to display menu items alphabetically instead.
Delete Customer Button Added to Bulk Charge Processing
If you’d like to remove a customer from a bulk charge after you’ve already set up the bulk charge, you no longer need to close out the bulk transaction and start from scratch. You can now simply click the trashcan icon next to the customer you’d like to remove from the bulk charge.

This month we released a bug fix and launched the new Android SDK for mobile integrations:
1. Cardknox Mobile App Android SDK
We’re excited to announce the launch of the new Cardknox Mobile App Android SDK! The SDK features all the tools and programs that developers need to integrate Cardknox payment processing capabilities directly within third-party Android apps. 2. Bug Fix: Selection of Country No Longer Crashes App
We resolved an issue in which the app would crash upon selection of the customer’s country.
