Merchant Portal Updates
We are pleased to announce the release of the following Merchant Portal updates.
Merchant Portal Updates
Customer Upload Tool: This tool gives users the ability to upload a customer database—along with payment methods and recurring schedules—that they can then view in the Customers tab.
CSR Tool for Apple Pay: Merchants can now register for Apple Pay using their own Apple Pay certificate. This should greatly streamline the setup process.
Transactions Reports Update: We’ve separated the date and time into distinct columns in exported transactions reports.
Improved Transaction Search Fields: Merchants can now filter exclusively by reference number, ensuring easier transaction sorting and navigation.
Key Creation Update: When creating a new key, the default description setting has been changed from “Software” to “Please select.” This will give users the flexibility to choose the description that best suits their needs during key creation.
Electronic Transfer Fee Now Enabled by Default: Users can now enable (or disable) a default setting for the “Allow Users to Include/Exclude Electronic Transfer Fee” option in Account Settings. Existing accounts will have this setting enabled by default.
Improved Multi-Account Reporting: Users can now easily view and sort transactions by merchant name instead of the account key, simplifying navigation on the Transactions page.
Enhanced 3DS Reporting: We added a 3D Secure Result column to indicate approval status. You can enable this in User Settings.
Sleeker Customer and Recurring Tab: Our latest update brings a fresh design to the Customers and Recurring tab, making your navigation smoother and more enjoyable.
