Merchant Portal & Mobile App Updates
We are pleased to announce the release of the following Merchant Portal and mobile app updates.
Merchant Portal Updates
Checkbox Options for Custom and Amount Fields
Users can now set up custom and amount fields with checkbox options, in addition to radio buttons and dropdowns. This allows for the selection of multiple options.
Visible MIDs in Account Dropdown
Merchants can conveniently view all their Cardknox MIDs next to the corresponding account in the account dropdown menu.
Customer Upload Tool
Our new customer upload tool supports up to three payment methods and three recurring schedules per customer. For user-friendly navigation, we’ve improved and reorganized upload requirements and error messages. The uploaded customer data will now be accessible in the Customers tab.
Minimized View of the New Customers Screen
All required custom fields that merchants have fixed in their settings will now be visible in the minimized view of the New Customers screen. Previously, these fields were limited to the advanced view.
Mobile App Updates
Synced Fields for New Transactions
All relevant fields for new transactions are now synced between the Merchant Portal and mobile app. This means that when you create new transactions using the app, you’ll have access to the same required fields across both platforms.
Unified Labels for New Transaction and Reporting Fields
Account settings have been synced so that all relevant field labels mirror the names set in the Merchant Portal. This alignment should ensure a seamless transition between the two platforms.
