Partner Portal Updates

In this month’s Partner Portal release, we’ve added even more robust filtering options, made some improvements to the MPA, and much more. Keep reading for more information!

Filter Enhancements

“Save View” Feature Enhancements

In our last release, we announced the launch of the “Save View” feature for the Merchants module. We’re pleased to share that the “Save View” tool has been added to the Leads and Tickets Modules! “Save View” allows users to save a unique combination of filters as one “view” that can be applied to future data queries with just the click of a button.

Another update we made is that the “Save View” feature now supports column reordering. The full list of filters and adjustments is as follows:
  • Filter settings
  • Column sorting
  • Column selections
  • Column sizing
  • Display amounts
  • Column reordering

Ability to Filter by Corporation Name

Users of the Partner Portal can now use the new ‘Corporation Name’ filter in the Merchants and Leads modules and add it as a column to display relevant data at a glance.

Cardknox Go Leads Module Improvement

More Flexibility With Choosing Tiers

Previously, Agents and Partners with associated representatives were only able to create leads under the associated rep’s tiers. Now, users can choose to create a Cardknox Go lead under their own tiers or those of their associated representatives.

MPA Improvements

“Owner” Changed to “Signer” on MPA

To improve clarity, we have renamed the “Owner Information” section “Signer Information.”

Signature Pages No Longer Required for Elavon Accounts

As Elavon does not need signature pages until the application is finalized, we have made the upload file section optional. Users no longer need to upload signature pages in order to submit their applications, as applications will be sent to the merchant to sign once approved by our Applications team.

Bug Fixes

“Notes” Field Added to Hardware Ordering Tab

After it was inadvertently removed, the “Notes” Field is once again available in the hardware ordering tab of the Equipment module.

Signer Info Now Pre-Filling Properly Into MPA Downloads

We resolved an issue in which downloaded MPAs were pre-filling signer address information into the wrong fields. These details are now pre-filing into the proper fields.

Monthly Fee Now Editable for New PaymentSITEs

Previously, when users ordered a PaymentSITE for standard or premium accounts, they were unable to edit the monthly fee. We have fixed this error.
